camtasia

At last, I don't have anything more pressing to do and can sit and play with this programme. I am writing scripts for the clips I plan to make as I found last time it was impossible to 'wing it' without having long silences. They then had to be edited out and that is extremely tedious and tiring for my hand.

RSS

I have learned that RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication' or alternatively 'Rich Site Summary'. Both describe the function of RSS - it is a simple way of syndicating or disseminating information and it provides an instant summary of new content appearing in a web site or blog.

I set up a Bloglines aggregator but didn't like it much compared to Onfolio which I had trialled two years ago (too costly to keep) so when I found Sage - a Mozilla extension - I started to use that and it is better.

Recycling

Using your library to borrow books is one of the oldest forms of recycling. It used to be called sharing. New millenium new name.
Another good way to recycle books is to buy secondhand books then re-sell when you have finished with them.
